Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By adding FAA (the "Bot") to a Discord server, or by using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service and to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and stop using it.
2. What the Bot does
The Bot provides server utilities: an experience/level system, a virtual currency and shop, welcome messages, and moderation tools (ban, kick, timeout, warnings, message purge). The virtual currency has no real-world value, cannot be purchased, exchanged, or redeemed for money or goods, and may be reset at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Bot to harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
- Do not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Bot or its infrastructure.
- Do not automate or script interactions with the Bot in order to farm currency or experience.
- Do not use the Bot for any activity that is unlawful where you or your server members reside.
Server administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used within their own server, including any moderation actions taken with it.
4. Availability
The Bot is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uptime, data preservation, or continued operation of any feature. Features may change or be removed at any time, and service may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting issues, or reasons outside our control.
5. Termination
We may block any user or remove the Bot from any server at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms. You may end this agreement at any time by removing the Bot from your server.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot's operators are not liable for any damages, data loss, or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

شروط الاستخدام
بإضافتك FAA إلى أي سيرفر ديسكورد أو استخدامك لأوامره، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى شروط ديسكورد وإرشادات مجتمعه. إذا كنت لا توافق، أخرج البوت من سيرفرك وتوقف عن استخدامه.
ما يقدّمه البوت
أدوات لإدارة السيرفر: نظام نقاط ومستويات، عملة افتراضية ومتجر، رسائل ترحيب، وأدوات إشراف (حظر، طرد، كتم، إنذارات، حذف رسائل). العملة داخل البوت افتراضية بالكامل، ليس لها أي قيمة حقيقية، ولا تُشترى ولا تُستبدل بمال أو سلع، ويمكن تصفيرها في أي وقت.
الاستخدام المقبول
- لا تستخدم البوت للتحرش أو الإساءة أو التهديد أو التمييز ضد أي شخص.
- لا تحاول استغلال البوت أو تحليله عكسياً أو إثقاله أو تعطيل خدمته.
- لا تستخدم برامج آلية لجمع النقاط أو العملات.
- لا تستخدم البوت في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون في بلدك.
إدارة كل سيرفر مسؤولة عن طريقة ضبط البوت واستخدامه داخل سيرفرها، بما في ذلك أي إجراء إشرافي يُتخذ به.
الإتاحة والمسؤولية
البوت مجاني ويُقدَّم "كما هو" بدون أي ضمان لاستمرار العمل أو حفظ البيانات. قد تتغير المزايا أو تتوقف الخدمة في أي وقت. لا يتحمل مشغّلو البوت أي مسؤولية عن أضرار أو فقدان بيانات ناتجة عن استخدامه أو تعذّر استخدامه، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون.
الإنهاء والتعديل
يحق لنا حظر أي مستخدم أو إخراج البوت من أي سيرفر في أي وقت، خصوصاً عند إساءة الاستخدام. ولك أن تنهي الاتفاق بإخراج البوت من سيرفرك. قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط، وتاريخ آخر تحديث مذكور أعلى الصفحة.
