Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains what data FAA (the "Bot") stores, why it stores it, and how you can have it removed. It applies to every Discord server the Bot is in.
2. What we store
- Discord user IDs — numeric identifiers only, to attach levels, balances, and warnings to an account.
- Server (guild) IDs, names, owner IDs and member counts — to store per-server settings and to let the bot owner see where the Bot is installed.
- Activity counters — experience points, level, virtual currency balance, message count, daily-reward timestamps.
- Moderation records — warnings and moderation actions: the target's ID, the acting moderator's ID, the reason text entered by that moderator, and a timestamp.
- Server configuration — channel and role IDs you set for welcome, goodbye, moderation log, level-up notifications, autorole, and shop items.
- Command usage — the name of the command used, the user ID, the server ID, and a timestamp. Pruned after 90 days.
3. What we do NOT store
- We do not store message content. Messages are counted for the level system and discarded immediately; nothing you write is written to disk.
- We do not store email addresses, passwords, IP addresses, payment details, or any government identifiers.
- We do not store voice data, attachments, or direct messages.
4. Why we store it
Solely to provide the Bot's features: persisting levels and balances between sessions, honoring per-server configuration, keeping moderation history available to that server's staff, and letting the Bot's owner operate and debug the service. There is no other purpose.
5. Sharing
Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is not used for advertising or profiling. Data is stored in a private SQLite database on a server controlled by the Bot's owner and is accessible only to the owner.
6. Retention and deletion
- Command-usage records are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Other records are kept while the Bot is in your server and remain if the Bot is removed, so your settings survive a re-invite.
- You may request deletion of your personal records, and a server owner may request deletion of that server's records, at any time via the contact below. Requests are honored within 30 days.
7. Children
The Bot is not directed at anyone under the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in their country.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

ما نخزّنه

- إعدادات السيرفر — أيديات الرومات والرتب التي تحددها للترحيب والوداع والسجل والترقيات والرتبة التلقائية وأغراض المتجر.
- استخدام الأوامر — اسم الأمر وأيدي المستخدم وأيدي السيرفر والوقت. تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 90 يوماً.
ما لا نخزّنه
- لا نخزّن محتوى الرسائل إطلاقاً. تُحتسب الرسالة للنقاط ثم تُهمل فوراً، ولا يُكتب نصها في أي مكان.
- لا نخزّن بريداً إلكترونياً ولا كلمات مرور ولا عناوين IP ولا بيانات دفع ولا أي وثائق هوية.
- لا نخزّن بيانات صوتية ولا مرفقات ولا رسائل خاصة.
لماذا نخزّنها ومع من نشاركها
لتشغيل مزايا البوت فقط: بقاء المستويات والأرصدة، واحترام إعدادات كل سيرفر، وإتاحة سجل الإشراف لإدارة السيرفر، وتمكين مالك البوت من تشغيل الخدمة وصيانتها. لا تُباع البيانات ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا تُستخدم في الإعلانات. تُحفظ في قاعدة SQLite خاصة على سيرفر يملكه مالك البوت ولا يصل إليها غيره.
المدة والحذف
سجلات الأوامر تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 90 يوماً. باقي السجلات تبقى ما دام البوت في سيرفرك، وتبقى محفوظة بعد إخراجه حتى لا تضيع إعداداتك لو أعدت دعوته. يحق لك — أو لصاحب السيرفر — طلب حذف البيانات في أي وقت عبر وسيلة التواصل أدناه، ويُنفَّذ خلال 30 يوماً.
